Eviction Pricing — Your County, Line by Line

We want you to have a full understanding of the costs so you can make an informed decision. Use the calculator on the page to see your county-specific figure — Stage I begins service, Stage II only applies if writ execution becomes necessary. Our engagement fee is all-inclusive: court filing and citation costs are built in, with no variable add-ons.

Service Tiers

• Full-Service Eviction — notice to vacate through JP court judgment including filing and courtroom appearance.
• Writ of Possession Coordination — post-judgment writ filing and constable scheduling.
• Notice Preparation — standalone notice-to-vacate drafting and service.
• SB1333 Squatter Removal — expedited removal of unauthorized occupants under Texas Senate Bill 1333.

Court filing and citation costs are built into our all-inclusive engagement fee — they are not billed as separate pass-through charges. Third-party services on writ day, such as a moving crew or locksmith, are paid directly to those vendors. See the pricing page for current rates.
